and also worried about losing your blogs content. Now you can shift your blog to a custom domain.
First of all go to a web hosting site like www.godaddy.com then register your custom domain like www.xxxxxxxxxx.com. come to your blogger dashboard and go to settings and click on the basic tab
under the pulishing tab click the link to add a custom link. then you will get a error. And you will get two cnames, copy those cnames and go to your web hosting site and paste it in your settings tab in your hosting site. Wait for one or two days for the DNS server to get updated then all your visitors will be redirected to the new site.
